If you have Razer Chroma, close it down. For some reason, razor chroma has the same exe name as game and the app injects to razer chroma thinking it is the game. Restart the app and game and try it.

Make sure razer chroma is actually closed by checking it in task manager if you still have issues. Go to the details tab of task manager and keep scrolling down, if you see two Monster Hunter Rise exes, close down the one that's razer chroma then try the trainer.

Click settings > Disable Hotkeys inside the app. There's a dropdown where your name is, click on it and settings menu should show up

Hello, Im curious is the Unlimited Health option similar to other trainers where it just enables the constant SLOW regen or is it actually unlimited?

Since the game has anticheat, it is a regen method.
