I don't imagine it will be possible without disabling the anti-cheat.

dont know if its important but when i use a trainer it works fine in singleplayer without disabling anti cheat. it just dont has no clip and i dont want to play another 3 1/2 hour to do laso again cause my game crashed at the end .
