I got to the Mako boss and was able to fix the crashing there. It was a small bug in my code for Damage Modifier. I've updated the trainer to 1.1 with the fix.

I was able to add the following:

[*]Make All Unlocked Weapon Upgrades Cost 1 SP After Purchasing 1

What this does is after you purchase a weapon upgrade with this option on, it makes every one you have unlocked to cost only 1 SP. This allows you to unlock most things if you wish after you buy a weapon upgrade.
