Fast Level-Up - use it in the Arsenal building, click on your soldier portrait at the bottom to levelup that soldier.
Do not remove the soldiers first name, you can rename it but dont delete it, Infinite Health is affected by soldiers name
Watch out for skills that can only used once per mission like incendiary grenades, use it only once or you may be stuck with a bug.
