Increase friendship points to level 10 for only 1 character that you want to unlock events for. The fastest way is to give level 10 love potion. You can avoid other characters events by not raising their friendship level.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Hex Editing refers to editing save file. I have no idea how to do that. You can watch youtube videos. Instead of learning Hex editing, wouldn't it be easier to start a new game? Or just play the game as the developer has intended. This website is all about Cheat Engine, I believe there are other websites that specializes in Hex Editing/Save Editor that can help you. Since the Birthday value is static and unchanging, it would be hard to find this value for Cheat Engine.
