How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

UPDATED!!! 06/12/2022
Here is the table updated with Hair, Skin, and Clothing Colors.
Under Sections:
1.Character stats [Open character menu] > Look
2. Item stats [Hover mouse over an item] > Color [for armor]

This was done to give the player an added level of customizability.
Skin tones range from dark to light and so do the hair & beard options.
Also, you can change certain clothing items to different colors as well.

What do I change, the id, type, localized name, and localized description?

You just need to change the id, after that, move item from inventory to camp chest or vice versa to have ID reflected.
You might want to only change item ids for the same type, that is, change weapon to weapon, armor to armor.

Also something of note, it was stated by Big Meech that the Item Name needs to be of equal or lesser value when swapping gear id's.

Duffy fixed this. Now just replace the ItemID. Simple!
