new cheat engine 7.3

dear adm and all
i wonder if the update ver 7.3 cheat engine is viruses computer infected..malware..
can the clever adm as i respected ..can advice us all ...every time i try to install..my pc detect it as virus conteminated...any ideas
can it be really downloaded adm...
