HELP (how to use cheat engine)

I found out about this when I looked up how to increase the difficulty for FFXV. I installed the latest version (73, I think) and got a .CT file.
I followed the instructions but for some reason, the tickboxes that's supposed to appear doesn't appear - and I am honestly baffled.
I browsed through here and googled up a fix but I can't find any. I hope you guys can help me out.



it just shows up like that. I can't access it, and those change logs/code list shows up.

I also did the tutorial but can't get past step 2 lol help me
I know I followed the instructions, but really can't make it work.
I just really want to enhance my gaming experience

Out of curiosity, right click the script and see if it has an error message at the top of the pop up list. It sounds like that script is outdated. If it is, it'll say something like "Unable to locate ______" in which case the script isn't currently working and needs to be updated. If not, there's some other stuff we could try.

There's no error - but while I was troubleshooting earlier I encountered one something like that. Like a missing file.

About the debugger: it was set to windows debugger - and I set it now to VEH as you said



then, I finally found the error

Hmmm.. So, should I use an older CE version? For the old script to worK?

So, I got the latest tables, I believe, dated 2021 and the latest CE version - but it's still not working

This is the one that pops up.



When I checked the version of my FFXV, this shows up, but I'm pretty sure I got all the latest updates on Steam. Although, I was thinking it should have been showing version 1.3?

The script needs to be adjusted to use 14 byte jmps.

You can not use the 3th parameter for alloc in this game
