I Don't see unknown, by any chance do you mean unchanged value or ignore value?
If you are using Cheat Engine version 7.3, the "Scan Type" should be changed to "Unknown initial value" for that first step.
I've followed the instructions and was able to reset my levels to 1.
However, I never tried resetting when you are at Max level.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
better make a backup of the save file before do this, I am playing steam version and the tools as mention inside youtube does not fully support steam version. I try to do add XP with cheat engine cheat table then ended up lv2999. No matter how many times I add 5, it is still showing lv2999.

try by using the ms cheat table not steam table even though you have steam version with Forza AIO tool

I was tried to figure out how to reset. Finally get this works, I should not tick the both "1 = XP" and "XP" in the cheat table. Must backup save file first before try.
this will get us 200% ban for sure for real use it on your own risk
I mean you can do much worse in fh4 such as spawn capri fe and stuff. you wont get banned unless you get reported or just go mad insane by over doing it x1000
any way in getting rid of the wheelspins now XD? hell i would be sitting there for years to finish them all up lol
as u are on PC u can make a macro to hold down ENTER all the time, u can use some app like X-Mouse Button Control or others.
(when u hold down enter it auto spin wheelspins and skip all the time)
legit players use someting like that to farm money in more manual way with controler

In online, at my risk, I added exp, something around 260 lvl, around 150 wheelspin, and bought a lot of free cars. Nothing happened, no ban, and I've been playing today almost all day ... It's always better to disconnect the internet before starting cheat engine
