Nice table mate. Have you found the trick to use teleport to selected race locations? i find driving long distances to race locations a pain and would love to just immediately warp / teleport there.
So I can't get the add all cars to work outside of the car pass one. So let me get this straight, you check the box then tune and then restart the game and then you uncheck the box and then you should get the cars after logging in game? Or do you only need to wait in game without restarting?

The AIO i made has auto-tp to waypoint so you can just teleport there.

The AIO, the first mod to make and include the "add all cars" mod has its own server, there they post lots of guides to do with the mod, such as how to get max cr, reset xp, add skill points, and properly use the add all cars mod.

In short, there's that bullcrab cheevo 'Min, meet Max' there which is still impossible to obtain because of the game's bugged events, and devs don't seem to care for either fixing it, or unlocking it for fair players retroactively. So in my eyes it's a matter of justice to cheat this idiotic achievement, thus ending the tiresome grind for events that end up bugging on developers' side nonetheless.
