1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I made a script to noclip through the vault door on "Down the Spider Hole", but it's pointless because the item inside doesn't spawn unless you enter the correct code.

No worries, just beat the game this morning 1000/1000! Last achievement for all weapons was a pain, had to go through each level with flashlight to find the icons. Great job Soviet!!
