Empire Earth: Art of Conquest Unlimited Pop Help !

Can someone make a Cheat Engine Table "Unlimited Population" Entry for the existing Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest CETable ? (I use non-GOG & non-Gold.) I was able to find the address & change it & perm freeze it by checking the Checkbox in the Address List [after scanning] but unfortunately the Memory Value changes each time the game is started —if someone can make this into a Code or Pointer Offset (or wutev) to make it work across game restarts .
