I might give 'ACviewer' a try/find on 'desync', but the major issue with that tool is going - manually - through a huge pile of info, so...
+ max health: if you refer to the greyed info: grey = informational = do not touch it (for whatever internal reason). It is pure indicative in that giving yourself more health then that amount makes no sense as - i gather here - at the next hit it will be set below that maxhealth anyways... (it should show a 'normal' value though ?!)
=> bottomline:
- will have a look at 1Hit kill: should not take too much time (not a major fan though)
- desync: on my todo-list

Just checked the table, and it has a 1hit kill script.. but you want yourself killed instantly, right ?
=> did a quick 1 byte (0 <-> 1) scan_test: i'm sure there is a flag somewhere, but it'll take some serious research to get that one. and i did try: [

(while trying out them flag_results (0=>1), at some point - after dying - it basically locked the game here... oopsy)
(and btw: that flag could go up/down, and have a different value(s) compared to just 0/1...)
anywho: to get yourself killed instantly, just add 30 to your current Zvalue (height) and presto
and btw: maxHealth is indeed incorrect ~ change 'Address' value to "+4" (without them quotes) et voilà...
