How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Still doesn't work, did with the file as you said. By the way, I will say that I have Genshin Impact downloaded from Epic Games Launcher. Maybe this is also a problem.

I have no clue about the Epic version

don't forget you still need to copy (or make a hardlink) of one of the CE executables to "svchost.exe"

and run that one, just create a shortlink or something

what is a "safe" pickup range everyone is using? is it cool to spam F at 40m?

I've been playing since version 2.4 and any time I've used Infinite Stamina, it sometimes randomly runs out when I'm on water. If I swim or use Mona's alternate sprint, sometimes, the game will flag me as being out of Stamina and drown me. Why does this happen and how do I prevent it from happening?

Uh... it should be noted that the Instant Bow Charge cheat added to the cheat table just now has some unforeseen (but great) consequences: Raiden's Elemental Skill will activate like crazy with it on. I don't know what other skills, if any, this works with.

Edit: Posted too soon. It stopped doing that. I have no idea what makes it happen, then.

Edit 2: Restarted the game, activated only God Mode and Instant Bow Charge and Raiden is destroying everything with her Elemental skill again. I guess it can just sometimes fail and you have to restart the game to make it work again. Might be connected to entering and leaving the Abyss, but it definitely works in the Abyss at least.

The original by AlvinC defaulted always to 40 m
He also marked it as HIGH RISK so dunno, i never used it.

I think i have readed about some comments not getting certain achievements while using it.

Raiden's Elemental Skill will activate like crazy with it on.

I think here it will be suspicious not the distance at which you pick up items, but the speed with which you do it. For example, collecting rare materials too quickly, which are widely scattered around the map, or fish in reservoirs that cannot be caught quickly. So the spamming is not recommended

By the way, I tried setting the pickup radius to 200, the list of items appears, but you can't pick them up

I have been working on a Private server for the game and have discovered that when items are picked up, their xyz coordinates do NOT get sent to the server, however sending the packet for item pickup to the server rapidly does seem to trigger some sort of mechanism, so yeah in conclusion you are right but mihoyo doesnt seem to actively ban people for hacks like these and usually bans only last a month or so
