Here's a cool thing I found for all of you. Negative attack values for weapons (at least the bowguns as that's all I've tried it with) are not affected by anticheat. I tend to put the damage value so high it overflows the integer and goes into the negative values when I open the stat screen. This causes that weapon to one shot every boss. Also it tends to crash less often with a negative attack than a modified positive attack (but it still crashes).

Or you could download and install REFramwork and never crash again.

There's a google spreadsheet here that covers talismans, and possible skill/level/slot combinations:
[Link]
This is useful so you at least know what's legit possible to get in game, however:
CB2 with WEX2 and Slot 3-1-1. Probability 1 / 390,000,000,000.
CB2 with WEX2 with Slot 2-0-0. Probability 1 / 1,560,000,000.
Based on what I've been told, these odds are not exaggerations in the slightest. And no, I didn't add too many 0s by mistake, that's 1 in 390 *BILLION*.
So, if you're gonna edit charms, and someone examines your build in multiplayer, and you got anything like the above 2, you won't be able to claim you got it legit if they know the actual odds.
A more conservative modification would be something like Weakness Exploit 2 + 2-0-0, or 3-0-0 for slots, maybe with a lower tier secondary skill. It would be a rare charm, but it would still be in the 1 in many thousands odds, not millions or billions, so you might still be able to say, "I just got lucky" and someone might believe you. Weakness Exploit 2 + 2-0-0 for slots is 1 in 2700 odds, that's within a realm of being realistically obtainable, or within a range someone might actually believe you got lucky on.
Also, any charm that's got an A or S tier skill listed above, cannot have a level 2 deco slot in the 2nd slot. Meaning the max slots for any charm with a single A or S tier skill on it is 3-1-1 for slots. 3-2-1 for slots is only possible if the charm does *not* have an A or S tier skill. So you could have something like Quick Sheathe 3 with 3-2-1 for slots, because Quick Sheathe is a B tier skill, etc. 3-2-1 for slots is the absolute maximum legit slot levels you can get on a talisman, and only if it's got B tier skills or lower on it.
Just in case you're wondering "How do I know if what I'm using is a near statistical impossibility, like millions or billions of odds?"

You gotta copy the spreadsheet, put the skill and slot combo in.
