for inf items use dev menu.
my game progress is first town dont know what sinergy is.
i wont create a itemlist / monsterlist. but u can do it by your self, just open dev menu, spawn for example itemid 10 amount 20, check ya inventory, create a textfile and add the id + itemname, same for the monsters!

Its ok if you dont have any plans your work has helped immensely already!Also just a tip to unlock sinergy you talk to your mom at your house!
Edit:Also will you update the table?We got an update today and some options stopped.
For anyone that's interested... I've created a tool to decrypt and re-encrypt the Monster Crown (PC/Steam) save files.
It allows you to decrypt the save, alter it in a text editor, then re-encrypt it (just back up your save and replace your original save with the new version).
There is also an Excel spreadsheet there to make altering your items a bit easier. The list for that is from capeleto's post above.
