I tried to find a cheat table for it in the past without any luck, tried to make a table (which would have been quite large), but lucky discovered, that there are lots of QoL mods which exactly do these things (well, most of them what you have listed and few others which I needed). You may want to check them out on either steam's workshop/mod page and also on the fearlessrevolution page.

And yes, you can download steam mods without owning the game. It was called something like steam workshop downloader, if I remember it correctly.
