Why is the "missing setup" version of Cheat Engine still 7.2?

I always use the missing setup version. The plain rar

I was wondering about this myself but found the answer here on the cheat engine forum:

Clone the repo on Github and use Github actions to auto create all the files, then download it. Whenever Dark byte create new commits you only have to click on 'Fetch', wait a minute and you instantly have the latest version, voila. Or if you're lazy look for existing forks which are doing this.
