Minerals is a float, so if you have 1 and half a bar just search for a value between 1 and 2 and your current minerals is pretty easy to spot, I've found two values that are your actual minerals and one that's just visual that has a slightly different decimal value

the values for yoru skill levels aer 4 byte ints, very easy to find, and if you search the memory nearby, you can fidn the others withotu needing to fitler for them, i set leadership to 100 and others to 500, i have so much hp, stamina, water and food now i never see them drop, and i can have over 100 trebs running around.

Guys, Aliv3 is right. Hacking minerals through Cheat Engine is very easy.
Go to the cave with skills columns, interact with any column to show your current minerals value. In cheat engine setup search this way:
Value type - Float;
Scan type: Value between;
If your current minerals value says 5.1, set values as 5.1 and 5.2.
Then gather some more minerals (there is plenty of it in the cave), wait about 5 seconds. Interact with column, see the new value, search again. In the end you get about four values, but there will be only one that will be editable (that is the value you need to edit).

After that you can level up any skill, so it would be easy to hack skills' levels too. Just use Ashar's advice: search for "4 Bytes + Exact value".
