Re: REQ:SHELTERED 2
Well, I started, but too much micromanagement in this game for my taste.
Here's are two scripts, one for character generation and one for excavating.
That's it for this game from me.

I might be dumb, but I can't seem to get it to work
Re: REQ:SHELTERED 2
I've been playing for about 30 minutes and this game suffers from the same thing most survival games do. oxygen filters/water purifiers and all that kind of thing lasts for 1 in game day and then needs repairing. This means CONSTANT clicking to repair/salvage etc and to me that aint fun when you have about a million other things to do in each day. My team are about to explode because they have no where to take a poop and I can't find the time to salvage the materials needed to craft the items to make a toilet. One of them is puking up non stop from food poisoning and one just wants to sleep all day and night. Everyone is freezing cold and the burners have almost no effect and run out of fuel after a really short time.
WAAAYYYYYY too much to have to do, too little time to do it in, tutorial was far too basic. I actually really like the idea and style of this game but it needs a difficulty where its more about managing less and having fun building and expanding. At the moment I feel like everyone is about to die and there's nothing I can do about it.
I know there are people out there that REALLY love this but it seems they could have added more options to make the game appeal to a wider audience. Thankfully, a lot of this can be fixed by a nice table/trainer.
@Csimbi cheers for the table buddy but only the excavation works for me but I was able to edit characters myself I'm totally with you on too much micro management

Re: REQ:SHELTERED 2
Enabling the chargen script requires changing at least one stat (with the arrow) and adding any trait.
Once enabled, the script will get the right pointers whenever you change a stat or a trait.
I generally did it like this for leader and other members:
- take 1 point off strength
- in CE, set all caps to 20, set all stats to 5 except strength to 4.
- set remaining points to 1.
- back to the game, add the missing point to strength.
Traits you can pick as much you want, when you are all good, set remaining points to 0, then remove and add back a trait for force recalculations.
Once enabled, the script will get the right pointers whenever you change a stat or a trait.

Ahhh gotcha. I appreciate the explanation bud I *might* give the game a try again but I'm finding it hard to play
