How to "turn" a script into a cheat table?

Hi sometimes people just post script code lines instead of a table and I don't know what to do with it.

Now how to turn these code lines into table? Sorry I've just downloaded tables and used directly before so I only know how to use table. Thank in advance.

No need for that. Just pasting it into the main Cheat Engine window will add the script in the address list.
