How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Is there a list anywhere that says what addresses are tied to which room or decor?

Not quite what you were asking for, but this topic viewtopic.php?t=2970 has a table for soul nomad on PCSX2 and you can edit the room décor via a drop down menu. He also buffed the decors on the list.

I added some addresses to the existing table. Mainly added addresses for character ID, portraits, Decor effects, magnitudes, icon ID, name ID, and room ID. I added some decor effect IDs that I thought were interesting but I didn't put everything in, for character IDs go here: [Link] (this is not mine), the rest you go find out yourself.

For the decor locks under Highlighted Room, set those to locked so that your decors won't disappear when playing a story stage.

Anyway pc port sucks ass, still can't play as world eaters without having to load them in first through a stage (their sprites just will not show) that has them as an enemy. Since there are no save states you can't even load them through a separate save. Maybe someone can find the flag that triggers if they are visible/invisible.
