there is a way to have camera behind james, not head camera, but behind, like it will be in the remake ?
That would be interesting, but I would have to find a way to make the camera turn in the direction James is facing at all times which I'm not sure I know how to do. Right now you can put the cam beside James but I'll see if I can get it to spin with him. I'll get around to it and hopefully come out successful. We'll see.

Version 1.8 is out with 3rd person camera per your request Luke76bg.
I went ahead and added different versions of the same script under the camera editor section.
Update: I am currently looking for a way to create 3rd person and hotline cameras for the real world camera so we can keep hearing sound as we play through the map. Loss of sound is a major weakness for the debug camera as we move away from the world camera.
What do I need to do for the inventory cheats to work cause I ticked the boxes, did the drop down menu yet it doesn't work.
1. Make sure you have the process sh2pc.exe attached to cheat engine.
2. Do not tick the boxes. You can just use F2 or change General Inventory State drop down to Have Full Inventory James.
3. Make sure you are running Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition and not regular Silent Hill 2 PC.
This seems to have been done by Nekorun camhack, but this is no longer the case for a long time.
I looked at the cheat table. Why is the health address not correct? After all, it is dynamic and can be located at a different address. The game also loads items into memory.
1. You cannot bring the camera up without it tilting down, but you can change the values if you open the script. It would take some trial and error to get it the way you want.
2. No not that I'm aware of because in order to make a 1st/3rd person possible, I had to switch on cylinder debug cam (switching away from the standard cam that as the search function).
If there was a way it would take someone who could reverse engineer the game engine probably, and they could write a complex script to work a 1st person cam into gameplay without having to use the debug cam function like I did.
