Surgeon Simulator 2 Achievement Unlocker - Windows Store / Game Pass Version

Thanks Soviet as the game just got an update the other day, think it was just Halloween cosmetics and stuff.
Used to be finicky as hell but eventually the old tables would work, will give the V3 one a blast

Please update me if it works. Hopefully first try!

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Only have the surgical champion achievement left so I skipped the place 10 props step, about 3 min to populate then another 2-3 min for the load playerstatservice.
Waited another minute after the list comes up and everything has populated, the instanced address and achievement addresses are showing, check the achievement it hangs for 10sec and game closes.
Also tried placing 10+ props and the same result, will give pc a reboot and try few more times

Can you enable the DEBUG entry and then Enable Achievement Unlocker?
What is the output in the "Lua Engine" window that pops up?

Edit: I think I have an idea what the problem is, but show me the output just to double check.

Sorry took so long my pc is a pos 8gb igpu says it all...
anyway I uploaded the output log and two screenshots so you can see what happened as I enabled the table options.
Will delete the attachment after you have got it as saw the post about not uploading junk or something.

OK, that's what I thought. I assumed currentState == 1 when in-game but that's wrong

To bypass, you can manually edit "Enable Achievement Unlocker" line 68 to be:

OR I've made a V4 table that has a fix that checks a different value + I made the Load PlayerStatsService not hang when activating.
Just to double check that the game won't crash, the Lua Engine output should have one line that reads "TRUE : conditions met".

Are Mono features still activated?
In the toolbar, you can select Mono—>Activate mono features.
You might want to just restart the game and CE.

Would be nice to wrap your post in code tags so it doesn’t take up so much space.
