Surgeon Simulator 2 Achievement Unlocker - Windows Store / Game Pass Version

Tried with a new game, no success. Regarding the props, I do the following-

1. Tab
2. Furnish Folder
3. Select Props Section on the left with Medical highlighted
4. Select the first prop - Anatomy Vendor Tray, click and place on the ground
5. Click "Enable achievement unlocker" - Wait a few sections for it to take effect
6. Select the second prop - Assorted Medicine Pack 06, click and place on the ground
7. Select the third prop - Assorted Medicines Pack 01, click and place on the ground
8. Select the fourth prop - Assorted Medicines Pack 02, click and place on the ground
9. Select the fifth prop - Assorted Medicines Pack 03, click and place on the ground
10. Select the sixth prop - Assorted Medicines Pack 04, click and place on the ground
11. Select the seventh prop - Assorted Medicines Pack 05, click and place on the ground
12. Select the eighth prop - Bedpan, click and place on the ground
13. Select the ninth prop - Clipboard, click and place on the ground
14. Select the tenth prop - Crutch, click and place on the ground
15. Click "A breath of fresh air" achievement

Nothing unlocks

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

WOOT! Got it to work! I went and downloaded the first original table, followed the same steps and all achievements unlocked!

Not sure why the version v2 table didn't work for me.

Anyways they're unlocked, great job Soviet!

It didn't work for me to hang up and leave to do more achievements later. Manages to make some achievements the first time. Then I had to turn off and when trying again the achievements do not show more. Every process was done right and the hex address is shown.

Need to do something else?

yesterday I downloaded the second version and managed to unlock 8 conquer direct without error. today enter to unlock the rest and it didn't work.
I did the same process, I used the first version you said and it wasn't anymore.
I think it must have some relationship with the unlocking of placing 10 furniture.

Gipsy, why don't you try switching characters, I had the same problem yesterday... I had two cheevos left and decided to give this a go, just needed to A+ the last stage but was a headache when you don't have anyone to help and the game was getting boring, yesterday was playing with heather and pam, but when I did the 10 props, it did not unlock, I added others, changed it around, but still no luck...
This morning decided to switch to Milo, used your props, but lifted the ground in the middle, and added a door, a desk and a few random props... then tried to unlock them, and they unlocked no problem, had to play around with and add more than 10. think I had around 16 props, before they unlocked, just a suggestion, may or may not work for you, but worth a go though... hope this helps you!

Gipsy try loading both tables, but only enabling the second table after putting down one unique prop (be sure to also highlight medical). Follow the steps I did above. Then click an achievement. It won't work, then uncheck the enable achievement. Put down another prop, and then activate enable achievement on the first table, put down 9 more props following the steps above and then click one of the achievements on the first cheat table.

Sounds confusing but I eventually got it work by using both tables.

Spent a little more time with the game and tried improving the script.
Let me know if V3 works - remember to follow the instructions carefully!

Thanks Soviet as the game just got an update the other day, think it was just Halloween cosmetics and stuff.
Used to be finicky as hell but eventually the old tables would work, will give the V3 one a blast
