In Dissolution of Eternity, the ammo is not infinite as a heads up.

I believe it may be because there's two types of ammunition to each now, like Rocket & Multi-Rocket, Nail & Lava Nail, etc.

Yes, each weapon ammo type had it's own offset so I got all of the default weapons from the campaign.

If you're pressing the HOTKEY and not clicking the button then yes.

Clickable toggles & editors are for PRO only but the use of HOTKEYS is free.

I'm just pressing F1 and it does nothing, but the trainer says that "game is found, trainer activated". I'm in guest mode, do I need to register to be able to use it?

Nope, if it's not activating then the trainer is not compatible with your version of the game.
