Finding achievement addresses for gamepass games?

I know there's achievement unlocker tables on here (And they're very much appreciated) I was just wondering you find addresses within CE to unlock them? Specifically, I want to do it with Yakuza: Like a Dragon to unlock some of the achievements that I do not have
