Open CE and open the settings window (Edit -> Settings).
Then check that you are allowing Lua scripts to run, you can select any one of the three shown here. [Link]
Click Ok and then close CE.
Start the game.
Open the CE table file by double clicking it.
Give the table a second to load, run the Lua scripts, and attach to the game.

Print the game module infromation. [Link]
Set the Logger level to "Debug". [Link]
Activate the "Main Hooks". [Link]
Activate any of the scripts/hooks that you wish to use. You can also load the table state "test".
If error is during deactivation of scripts, then deactivate all scripts. You can load the table state "none".
Copy all the output text of the CE's "Lua Engine" window. [Link]

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
interesting, the past trainers and tables that I used on the stealth mode, I am somehow still seen at the end of the level, so I can't cheat my way to a ghost run, dispite their version of stealth kinda works, but I still somehow be seen nonetheless at the end of the level on statistics.
I've always trying to find a stealth mode that make sure I both cannot be seen at all, and when i beat the level, it should said that i was not seen at all... compared to the other people stealth mode, where I cannot be seen at all, but at the end of the level, they said I've been seen... so I missed out on that ghost run.
weird..... i used stealth hack. but still didnt get ghost. no clue what went wrong. nothing was found or detected and its not like anyone can see me so no clue what went wrong

For editing/updating
Just extract the CEA table files in to a folder named "ceaFiles" for running local files instead of the table files.

is there any chance to make the "one hit kill" cheat can do just by human player only ?
i'm turn on main hooks >> health dec. hook >> combatant flag and change dropdown selection to one hit kill and went to game , first the one hit kill works , but when in mission to save ally emily (in game mission) , emily die by enemies in one hit and mission failed .

i always get this error right whenever i'm trying to either enable or disable the cheats.
Sometimes you can enable it, but you always cannot disable the script. any solution for this please?
