Finally found pointers for Mahjong Tiles
Each tile has it's own piece number (for example Bamboo with number 1 has four different tiles with own piece number 1#1 1#2 1#3 1#4)
Table has a hotkey Numpad* - it will set one of the best possible combinations(straight flush), but if you need a specific combo, you can select from dropdown list for each tile

After pressing Numpad* skip last (right) tile and declare Riichi, after you can get Tsumo or Ron on next turns
Riichi Ipatsu depends on luck, maybe you have to play few games (Ippatsu you can get if you declare Tsumo or ?Ron directly on next round)

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
