Options Required: Cheat Table with:

• Infinite Health
• Quick Champion Level Up (Lvl 1 to 9999 (any more might trigger ban)), currently there's 84 champions in the game, and it's still adding, so preferably a universal one instead of like targeted or something)
• Quick Click Damage Level Up (Lvl 1 to 900(any more might trigger ban))
• Damage Modifier (optional, though other people might want it)

but it's barely working, and the maker no longer updating it cause he no longer plays it.
