USAGE:
1. Target process: LUMINES REMASTERED.exe
2. At the main menu, check the box next to "Enable achievement unlocker"
3. The [instanceAddress] should populate
4. Check the box next to the achievement that you want
*** If it doesn't work, try playing and completing a 60sec. Time Attack first
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
This game isn't available in some regions so if you can't find it, to get the game you have to change your computer's region in Settings to download (and launch it for the first time).
This one has some issues, very difficult and random to get the achievements to unlock
I found that reloading the game after each achievement was the most effective way to get it to work more consistently. It should unlock after restarting the game 2~5 times generally, still will take a while but it works.
Also when I disable the whole thing I get this error:

Yeah I'm not sure what's up with this game. Seems to randomly stop working, but as you said: you can restart the gae or play a quick 60sec. Time Attack and purposely lose.
There's nothing I can do to debug "it doesn't work".

Do what I said if you like.
Run the game, attach CE with the table loaded, press Enter to go to the menu (and scroll through the options if it doesn't show the instance address) then unlock the achievement. It works every 2~5 times for me, some achievements seemed to take a lot more.
Doing everything else just seemed to take more times or not work consistently.
