For some friends, I do not tell. These are usually snobs that believe cheating is an absolute evil and I am just not interested to hear that nonsense.
For some friends, I do tell, and in fact, I invite them to play on modified games - and these usually end up super-fun sessions with a lot of laughter involved.

Yeah. I love RPGs, but I just don't have the time anymore to grind, so I mostly use it to save myself some time and enjoy. Especially around JRPGs, I'd love to invest 200hs+ to do some content, but that's no longer possible. I enjoy the story, and the challenge (if reasonable and not a timesink), then I move on to another title.
