-set the upper pointer's value to 3, and freeze it
-exit to Title screen and back to Scene select
Permanent (don't do this in Scene select or Title screen)
-go to Replay, Options or Music room
-set the upper pointer's value to 3, then
-set the lower pointer's value to 1
-exit to Title screen
-if it takes a bit long to go back to Title screen, Hatate has been unlocked permanently, and all scenes are marked with cameras. Notice the upper pointer's value has been changed to 7
