Do you think it would be possible to have a 1 click mass edit for Physio to change it to 1? That way we wouldn't have to go through each squad member one by one changing it, just to have them fully fit?

Make the Value of Physio "1" and Click on the Square at the left side (when it is selected it will show X). Then scroll through all the players, everyone will have a physio.
