How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

As of right now there is not. You would have to change the Mod ID in My Player then break down that item to get the mod.
Then you can copy that mod you now have from My Player to Player 2 and have them put it on an item and break it down.

But there is no way to just magically unlock all mods as of yet

No you cant dupe characters

There is currently no achievement editor so no there is no current way to fix achievements
