Activate first THE LAST DEFENSE and then:

Currency
- activate this option only after you've destroyed one enemy, earned money from that, then on the next kill you'll get 9999999..cash will always be replenished when some enemy is destroyed
Lives
- you need to lose one life first, only then you can enable this, you'll get 9999 in return

Only these, i didn't added much, i have no idea if these will work for you though, i'm using some non-steam version.In any case, if they won't,(use Cheat Engine with the latest build, first)just make sure to remember that if you have no idea how to search in Unity engine, well, in this game, values for currency and lives are all stored in 4 bytes, by doing a simple search for the exact value you see on screen, in 3-4 moves you'll find them fast enough.
