How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I am trying to activate the codes but they do not work for me since I changed the res.pak file for one that was edited to change a language to Spanish, my language but being different they do not load the codes, the original res file works correctly, I would like to know if You can make an update for this modified version, if necessary I can provide you with the game and the modified res file.
