Yes, some functions work, but soon crash the game.

Unlimited Health, Unlimited Stamina and One-Hit Kills are built in cheats on console on General tab in Options after an update years ago, they are missing in the PC version? I can't install right now to test it, but i know that in Evil Within 1 on PC they put cheats on but didn't updated to add cheats on console.
