Assassin's Creed - Odyssey [Help Ability In Battle]

I want to use Rush Assassination in battle mode, but it seems that this skill is only available in Stealth mode, which in battle mode this skill is blocked. Who can help me activate this skill in battle mode? Of course .. I tried to find a value to use to activate this skill in battle, but I didn't seem to find it.

From the picture you can see that there is still a yellow pointer that can attack. But skills will be blocked when in battle mode.
