[HELP] Cheat Engine installer won't open

After I downloaded CE 7.2, every time I click on it it says: "Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." But in the properties it shows full access permission.

Sounds like your AV is blocking it's execution. Disable your AV to install, whitelist CE. And disable "reputation based protection" in windows defender.
