I have the same issue where if I just un-pack and re-pack without any change will give the same error as you have.

I'm trying to find it but I think I eliminated the wrong one, as none of my updated values changed (turning all resources output from 1 to 100), I think I got the wrong ! on this cause the ERROR no longer popping up but so is none of my changes.

I FUCKED THIS GAME AND NOW THE DEV SHOULD FEAR ME CUZ THIS ONE WON'T BE SO EASY TO PATCH XD

So Amar123 reached leaderboards today and that's just miniscule power of things i did to this game, my satisfaction is full now whoever wants this file might need to wait another few days cuz my PC blew up in flames for some reason.
