Does anyone know a way to hack Monster Hunter Stories on Bluestacks?
CE doesn't seem to be able to edit data like with regular games. So I'm guessing there's either some form of security or the data is simply handled differently.

Also, if someone knows about a save editor or something that might work, I'd love a link.

Re: [Request] Monster Hunter Stories on Bluestacks.
I tried it using LDPlayer (seems to run better than Bluestacks). For LDPlayer you need to select the LdVBoxHeadless.exe process.
I edited my EXP for my Player and first Monstie (it was a simple 4 byte). To find it just seach for Unknown value, win a battle and the for next scan do Increased By <number decreased>. For example, if your EXP showed as 53 before battle, then showed 45 afterwards, that's means the Increased By value is 8 (45 +8 = 53).
For Items, search for 2 Bytes, then discard 1, next scan new value. All the other items are in that area, browse the Memory Region to see the other items, they are spread out around a bit. It goes 2 bytes for Item ID then 2 bytes for Quantity then 4 Bytes of 00's then next item's ID, etc. The game doesn't register cheated in items, so if you add an item by setting an ID and Quantity for an item you haven't obtained in game yet then you can't use them for selling/crafting.
EXAMPLE:
To get Cheat Engine to work for Bluestacks and/or LDPlayer you need to set a few options in the Settings:
EDIT: I made a Table for the game for the LDPlayer version. Table might need further testing (seems to be working atm for me).

Re: [Request] Monster Hunter Stories on Bluestacks.
So, I was able to find the game by searching for the process HD_Player. That let me find values and such.
I was able to find money (4 byte), items (2 byte) and XP gained from battle (4 byte).
I'm no good at making tables though, so I'll have to be doing that each time.
What I've had no luck with, is finding in battle health (to try and basically get god mode). As well as finding the "bonus" score. I was hoping to find that value and max it, so that I would get max rewards from every fight.
For the XP, I just searched for the value awarded after a fight. Then fought different things and eventually got the value. Then, once you get into a fight, the value should show 0 (it will increase as you beat things). I set the value to something big (like 5000) and when I win the fight, I'll get 5000 + whatever I should have normally gotten for it. So that makes leveling new monsters simple (and faster than making 999 of the King's Steak or whatever it was called, the item you give a monster to add XP). As I could set the value to like 500K and just skyrocket levels if I want.

Re: [Request] Monster Hunter Stories on Bluestacks.
So, I got back into playing some more... and for some reason the XP cheating I was doing before isn't working anymore. I can no longer find any values for XP from battle. I don't know why.
I was able to do it last night. But this morning, nothing comes up.
I can still seem to find item values (as 2 byte). So the HD_Player still seems to be the correct process.
Can someone please help?

Re: [Request] Monster Hunter Stories on Bluestacks.
Tried doing the search for unknown value and updating by how much it's decreased by, but haven't been able to find that either.
I don't know what's changed since last night. My Bluestacks version and game haven't changed.
