Trainer is fine apart from the hostess hearts setting breaks the whole game if you try to visit a hostess.
When maxed out, each hostess has 20 hearts. These are quartered so it's actually 80. In the game there are two entries for each hostess - one for grey (empty) hearts and one for full hearts. From a new game, grey hearts start at 40 and full hearts start at 0. After 40 they can both go up to 80.
What the trainer does is set the full hearts to 80 but the grey hearts to 0. When you visit a hostess the full hearts count down and you get kicked out of the game!

viewtopic.php?p=183253#p183253 I've managed to find the addresses for both grey and full hearts for each hostess for the Microsoft Store version, and have uploaded my .CT which should work for anyone else. Set everything to 80 and you're good to go - just make sure you CyricZ's guide for the game as you'll still need to visit them once and answer questions correctly and go through 2 dates before the actual substory - you just won't need to buy any food or drinks at the club.
