Well this sucks. As soon as I realized it was base order and not party order, an update came out and now the table doesn't work. Eek. >w<
I'm assuming you updated the Money address again, After the game got updated, correct?
I did, was able to change my money after updating the address but none of the values changed or reflected my character's stats. Said most of my stats except Pie were 0 lol. D:

In my case when I update money, usually find 3-4 addresses and try it one by one to update you money.
Not all addresses could link to the BlackX table. So try one by one.
In my case, the 1st address helps me link to the table.

modify:
item quantity changed to byte instead of 2 bytes
character name changed to codepage string
add script:
Store Consumable Item Get 99 In Bag
Update1:
add pure blood crystal
add Disable Trap HP Damage and Party Heal script (doesn't affect combat, use this for passing permanent trap area in mimic land)
But now, I Already try it, there's 3 address and i try one by one, and nothing change can't linked with BlackX Table
Character name still blank gender value always 248
but BlackX Table can linked with older version (pirated SOSC) probably same patch that i try back in 2020

Yes, character status options use relative address offset. You can find money address and put it in BaseAddress, hopefully game update won't change the offset.

like editing to have black wall Lv.3 for example.

No, the game story progress check is based on Divinity Bonus you unlocked. Modify it will break the game story line. I broke one of my saves to realize this.
I actually believe that game story progress check is related to "number of blood crystals donated"
this was the case in vanilla strangers of the sword city.
