Essentially you use Cheat Engine's Memory View and change the numbers you see in that window. First you find the location of your keyblades which you can do by doing a change/unchange search while acquiring new keyblades to see where in the data your keyblades are at. Can't buy Keyblades. So for example, if the keyblade you had was ID 01 (Kingdom Key), if you changed that 01 to an 02, you'd have a new keyblade. That's pure conjecture though, as I don't know how Kingdom Hearts 3 is setup.

On PS4 someone made a KH3 Mod for making Riku playable in the Data Fights for REMIND.
