More importantly in character generation to remove the limit on number of traits, which seem to be 4, and no limit on trait points which need to be 0 or under

charactar stat (atributes) is (float)

if atribut has a modifiers, you need to search for the base value (it is indicated in the tooltip if there are such modifiers)

the attribute addresses of almost all characters are similar, for example, one of my chars:
4E596C70 technology
4E596C60 administration

Almost always, it is enough to find 1 atribut

Use the "train" action, search in CE, press turn end in game, and scan in CE new number if changed (attribute training advances not fast - from 0.01 to 1, depending on the attribute "technology" from the head of the house and the minister of science, as well as some buffs, and of course, the attribute "technology" of the chosen teacher. I recommend choosing the coolest scientist as the head of technology and putting him in the task as a teacher).

Repeat until there are 20-200 results or less.

Then manually change the values for about half of the values, return to the game, close and then open the character tab if it is open, if not, open and see if the value has changed or not.

If not, return the values back, and change the values for half of the remaining half. Repeat until you find the value you want.

The rest atributs of this character is then easily found

in my case i found 4E596C70 technology

then started a new search, changing the values in
Memory Scan Option
from 0000000000000000 to 4E596C00
from 00007fffffffffff to 4E596Cff

Thanks to this, the rest will be found very quickly.

Sometimes it's not very lucky and for some characters some attributes have completely different addresses than the rest of the stats

Perhaps (I think yes for sure) there are simpler ways, but I'm not such a big specialist in CE to do better

when generating a character, to remove the limitation on the number of features - there is an in-game option "Custom" that allows you to take as many features as you like, if you want to take everything - take it. But achievements are disabled
