approval is double use market to gift ministers. approval means instant reseach in game if you set it to a high number like 50000.

here is hacked hacked file of minister unlock hexedited the free policies you get after you survive first and second reelection and set them to 127 so it should unlock most policies for most ministries but not all, and it has unlocked all ministers due to xp hack

if somebody could please do pointers for workers i would be thankfull, its not free workers that matter but total workers in province and game doesnt show total workers outside of save file.

even if you are tier 3 , change upgrade tier to 1 (8 byte) and press upgrade as many times for factories production.
on next turn production values will increase. You need to do this for all supply chain from bottom to top to increase endgame production.
This basicly means you dont need as many workers.

Note: dont forget to do favors cheat for natural resources minister before this

someone please try hotel tier upgrade (8 byte) it is not that hard to find .
i made it tier 200 i think it works well note that is per zone not all zones.

i think it fixes worker problem
which is a serious bug in version 1.0

I am not skilled enough but their is maybe a way to hook into the surveyors action to get desired resources. When you hit the survey button the game fetches code to reveal resource (if any) and technically it should be possible to inject that code with the result you want, say uranium!

not main directory i described you route where you will find your saves and paste it there.

C:\Users\CaesarCzech\AppData\Roaming\RogueStateRevolution\saves is my path just basically replace CaesarCzech with your username, if it doesnt work check other disks its possible you have users directory on another disc. rewrite persistent and you should have unlimited insta unlock policies as well as all ministers.

For money and you inteligence you go to cheat engine select scan type exact value and value type double and scan for number you see displayed in game, for actions you do the in the game ye Action points you do the same but change value type to 4byte.

I dont think you are capable of hacking workers numbers since it requires save editing via hexeditor and the go to main menu etc its going be too hard for you.

the problem is the game displays free workers but whats its using is total workers, you can find it in save file via hex editor and it keeps same pointers if you exit to main menu so what i done is basically save edit workers to 250, scan for 250, 4byte wait for them to change, check save file for workers for that particular province and typed the number from save file, freezed it, did undo scan, scanned for another number of workers from different province and changed it and freezed. then because you can only do 2 before cheat engine loses it. exited to main menu and did the whole thing again 3 times. and it worked, you can use backup save and overwrite if you dont want to lose turns. its complicated but it works. The main problem is basically game doesnt display total workers in game.

If i knew how to pointer scan i would propably already have table for it.
