I don't know if it's been mentioned somewhere else in the thread, but you can find your "Time since RB" as 4 bytes value in milliseconds (i.e. 1 hour since rebirth would be 3,600,000, 1 day since rebirth would be 86,400,000 etc.). You can find it easily by starting the search with Value Between and then Increased Value every second or so.

It's useful for ending day challenges or RTI early without having to wait. Also can be used to increase your rebirth multipliers and some other stuff like RTI permanent levels, or setting it to a low value (less than 10,800,000) to maximise the fishing bonus for feeding pets.

Just be aware that without a pointer, the address changes after rebirth so don't freeze it if you want to avoid the risk of crashing after RB.

I tried this method but all I'm seeing is over 250k results and 2 are highlighted in green one is idlingtorulethegods.exe and the other one is xinput3dll which one am I looking to edit? I'm trying to get over a trillion permanent RTI levels.

I'm getting way less than that. Try to keep scanning with increased value until there's less than 50 results. The address you're looking for will probably have a value that's a multiple of 100 or 500 like you can see in the 2nd image below.

I found the addresses! :D but how do I make it so that my rebirth goes from 13 days to say 5 years or something like that?

I managed to get my rebirth to over 100 days lol, but nothing changed (no RTI/monument/spacedim elements went up) I can't seem to find my Permanent RTI level values, weird.

So I managed to make all of my RTI permanent levels into the trillions, but now when I try to adjust them it just crashes my game--had to reload a backup save. Very bizarre.

Yeah, changing rebirth timer doesn't actually work like skipping time. It just has certain interactions like allowing you to end a day challenge/RTI instantly which is useful if you want to do them quickly.

Also for DNDC, setting the time to 3 hours lets you max out the monument multiplier, and it won't shave off more than 3 hours of your 24 hours (when you set the rebirth time to 3 hours you'll have 21 hours left, but setting it to 3 hours again in subsequent rebirths won't lower the time you have left below 21 hours). It also increases RTI bonuses (temporary, not permanent).

This is a great method for wanting to speedrush challenges :) I still can't figure out how to change the temporary RTI levels though, whenever I select increased value nothing shows up, and when something does show up and I try to change the value the game crashes.

The value for most numbers in the game is obfuscated. Using increased/decreased value doesn't work, you have to use changed/unchanged value (take clones off, search changed value once if the level went up since the last scan, then repeatedly search unchanged, put clones back on and search changed, repeat).

If you want to change it to a specific number you need to copy the value from something else that has that number (after you find the address for it as well). If you search with 4 bytes, most of the addresses you need to find will have a 9-digit number for the value (random example: 472993581).

You can check if you have the right address by using "Find out what writes to this address" and changing the instruction that appears to nop-code; if it's the right address then the number shouldn't change in game. Remember to restore it after in case it messes something up. Here's a screenshot showing how to do it:

I've tried to do this method but can't find any of the values, this memory viewer is throwing me off lol, so confusing. I don't know how I got RTI to work yesterday I really should have saved the stats damn, cause now when I do it, the game instantly crashes--sometimes before I even get to scan for values.

I added an AoB code for RTI if that's any use (scan for the 1st line then change it to 2nd line):

Code: Select all

RTI upgrade bar doesn't reset
89 46 14 8d 46 14 89 04 24 8d 6d 00 e8 ?? ?? ?? ?? 8b 45 90
90 90 90 8d 46 14 89 04 24 8d 6d 00 e8 ?? ?? ?? ?? 8b 45 90
This essentially lets you black bar RTI with the same number of clones you'd need to black bar it at level 1.

Thanks this helps out a lot! :) I still haven't found a way how to make Wormhole Network go up by more than just 1% per level. Wish that RTI level hack I did yesterday still worked, I had over 100 trillion RTI levels, really should have saved it lol.

Try searching for value between within a range of about 20 seconds to a minute. For example if the rebirth timer is at 55 seconds, do an initial scan between 50,000 and 70,000. The timer only updates every 0.5 seconds, so don't scan for increased value more than about once every 0.75s. The value of the address should always be a multiple of 500 or 1000 in the scan results (look for addresses that have '00' at the end).

You can increase the range of the scan if it's hard to calculate, but the main thing is not repeatedly scanning for increased value too quickly.
