Here you go. The freeze hacking time is a little finicky, because the game logic depends on a start and end time, you need to only lock the time AFTER the hacking mini game starts (ie cursor is activated). Once you have the hack completed you need to turn off the freeze in order to complete the mini game. Please rate if it works ok.

EDIT: Actually found one better than mine created by aSwedishMagyar imo, it's funny that we almost have the exact same approach lol. Anyway, Seems to be working just fine on my end with the windows store/Game Pass version : viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15024

Have you tried fearlessrevolution? That is free and has this built in.
It’s not Cheat Engine, but it is reliable for that game.

Yes, but it no longer works for the last update. So dowgrade doesn't work for me since I couldn't play the moocrash dlc
