Simple Pointer Tabel for XP and currencies.
You can edit also the Assembly-CSharp.dll to make much more modifications, like Gold cap increase or free shopping or HP, MP etc.

I sent joykent a message over on pathofexile.com to give them some pointers but they seem to not be checking that inbox.
For money its a double type variable, just turn off the queued buying and search for the value and you should get it within 2-3 scans
For gold cap I have not been able to find THAT specific variable but you can track quest completions and they are 4 byte variables, you'll require about 20 rainbow fish
what you do is do an unknown intial value search for a 4 byte variable, turn in 1 quest, search for a value that increases by 50, turn in a quest and repeat 3-5 times and you'll get a number that is steadily going up as you hand in quests, divine that number by 50 and you'll get your number of quest completions then search for that number and hand in quest and then research, repeat as needed until you have 2-4 variables, it should be the lowest address (closest to the top) and you can set that number to 1-2 million or billion and get a very large gold cap (which may not be desirable if you haven't searched for slime coins yet which are also a double type)
Don't have rainbow fish you say? You can determine the memory space that your inventory is in by search for the number of monster fluid, ooze stained cloth, and any other item
That should give you the alignment (should be 0, 4, 8, or C) and the general range for the 132 items, they are 4 byte variables
To save on clicking (and maybe to level your items farther than you might otherwise be able to) you can set the evolution level of the items (do this while you can still level them) using a 4 byte search.
rebirth points are a 4 byte variable as are heart stones and spirit points
Epic coins have 4 registers and I do not remember the variable type, but there are registers for missions, quests, purchased, and promocodes.
So it'd be an unknown initial variable, and increment either the epic coins from missions, quests, purchases, or promo codes, and then search for increased by that amount, and then repeat as needed, and you should be able to narrow down one of those variable, and I believe it's helpful to have simple values only toggled on.
The epic coins information and methodology to find it may be out of date as I used it on one of the beta versions of the game.
Also, if anybody can illucidate on how to generate a pointer table for all of this I put together a table for all the items, quest markers, reincarnation points, rebirth points, and heart stones

Not at all. Is it modifying a specific attack? There are 3 separate base attacks so the code might need a bit of tweaking
